In the suggestive Bay of Caminia, a few meters from the sea, the Scorpion is an exclusive accommodation for 4 people with an area of approx. 125 square meters on  a raised floor. The apartment has 2 entrances: the main one leads into a large furnished living room where it is possible to add two more beds; the other one opens  into a spacious and characteristic kitchen. The furnishings are functional for enjoying an unforgettable holiday.  The large and well-equipped kitchen is very particular: it overlooks a small garden of exclusive use and, above all, it enjoys a window facing the sea, which is right there, just a stone’s throw away… The sleeping area consists of two comfortable bedrooms with 2 beds each. The house has a private bathroom with shower, there are ceiling fans and air conditioning in one of the bedrooms. There is also a suggestive and very peculiar outdoor shower. By the way, the most spectacular element of the apartment is undoubtedly the suggestive shaded terrace of 60 square meters, with a breathtaking view of the most beautiful part of Caminia, over the cliff with the Cave of Saint Gregorio. A large dining table and comfortable outdoor armchairs make it even more beautiful and ideal for any moment. More than this: it was nicknamed the “Martini Terrace” when, not long ago, the Ponterio family use to live in the house and it was the place where they use to receive all their guests. At that time, they were the founders and managers of the adjacent Blanca Cruz village-restaurant (which is still working today, run by new owners). It is therefore a place that “speaks” and can tell you many stories…

A cleaning set is provided but, for this accommodation, bed linen/towels, cleaning and daily rearrangement are not included in the rate; however, at the time of booking, it is possible to request all extra services. A contribution is required for electricity, calculated on consumption, and there is a fixed rate for final cleaning. Only one parking space is allowed and external visitors can’t park inside.

For each accommodation there is a deck chair and a sun bed (beach service not included) and in the outdoor courtyard guests have available a shared washing machine.
