From our Vegetable Garden to the restaurant table

Typical dishes on our menu are mostly prepared with ingredients coming from the gardens and organic orchards of the estate.

Our restaurant can house up to 120 people in two halls (80+40) but the whole outdoor area around the pool and in the pinewood are at your disposal, together with the new outdoor dining zone with a wonderful sea view.

Food tastings and preparations of the house come from the experience of the owners who create healthy and tasty dishes with seasonal organic products from the vegetable garden of the Borgo and other ingredients of the Calabrian cuisine chosen from the best producers in the region.

Our top dish is the appetizer, made with local cured meats and cheeses, vegetables from the garden – preserved in our organic extra virgin olive oil -, the rustic pizza prepared with our whole “Kore” wheat flour, leavened and stuffed with vegetables or salami, the traditional ricotta omelette, the special potato, rice or meat balls, our olives in oil, the house bruschetta, and many other delicacies from the Borgo.

The first and second courses, moreover, are offered in variety among the typical recipes of the house. The side dishes are prepared with seasonal vegetables and aromatic herbs grown on the estate.
