SAGITTARIUS

In the suggestive Bay of Caminia, a few meters from the sea, the Sagittarius is a lovely gem for 4 people with an area of approx. 65 square meters on a raised floor, in the same building that houses the Cancer apartment. You can have access from a tree-lined and liveable outdoor porch that ensures privacy and tranquillity.

The entrance opens into a bright dining room with an equipped kitchen and enough space to add an optional 5th bed. From this area you can access the prestigious shaded terrace overlooking the sea: a welcoming living space that will seduce you immediately, you will feel like you are suspended above the beach, you will fall asleep with the rustle of the waves and you will never want to leave.

At the two opposite sides of the central dining room, the sleeping area develops and consists of two spacious air-conditioned bedrooms (each with twin or double bed). The house has a private bathroom with shower. The essential but functional furnishings are perfect for your holiday by the seashore.

A cleaning set is provided but, for this accommodation, bed linen/towels, cleaning and daily rearrangement are not included in the rate; however, at the time of booking, it is possible to request all extra services. A contribution is required for electricity, calculated on consumption, and there is a fixed rate for final cleaning. Only one parking space is allowed and external visitors can’t park inside.

For each accommodation there is a deck chair and a sun bed (beach service not included) and in the outdoor courtyard guests have available a shared washing machine.
