The Ulivo apartment is wide and comfortable for 4 people, with a big fully equipped kitchen with essential furniture and flatware.
The prices include: car parking, water, swimming pool use, sports fields and playground.
They do not include: daily cleaning and tidying, electricity and gas utilities, optional laundry service upon request, possible supply of towels and bed linen for the people staying (available on request and with the obligation to change them every 7 days. Bath towel isn’t usable as beach / pool towel).
Options: the apartments are provided with a cleaning set, if you want the daily tidying up (available on request, to be agreed), laundry service (available on request for 5 €), final cleaning euro 40,00.
For guests accompanied by pets, a one-off fee of € 30.00 is required for the sanitation of the rooms at the end of the stay. The presence of any animals – only small size – must be agreed at the time of booking.
The apartment is air-conditioned, and is adjacent to the Papavero apartment and to the Geranio apartment and has a reserved green space on the front patio equipped with deck chairs.
