In the suggestive Bay of Caminia, a few meters from the sea, we offer a characteristic two-room apartment for 3 people with a surface area of approx. 50 square meters on a raised floor. It has a double entrance from an external porch with pergola which leads into each room of the house. The first room is a bedroom with a double and a single bed (or 3 single beds); the second one is the dining area with kitchenette and refrigerator. Between the two rooms there is a private bathroom with shower. The furnishings are essential and functional to your holiday and there are both ceiling fans and air conditioning. The house has an exclusive outdoor area where you can have meals or relax and even though you can’t enjoy sea views from there, the sea is just around the corner. Moreover, you will also find a very peculiar and suggestive outdoor shower!
A cleaning set is provided but, for this accommodation, bed linen/towels, cleaning and daily rearrangement are not included in the rate; however, at the time of booking, it is possible to request all extra services. A contribution is required for electricity, calculated on consumption, and there is a fixed rate for final cleaning. Only one parking space is allowed and external visitors can’t park inside.
For each accommodation there is a deck chair and a sun bed (beach service not included) and in the outdoor courtyard guests have available a shared washing machine.
