Located in an area of the estate rich in natural beauty, it overlooks our new vineyard and unspoiled nature; it is immersed in a suggestive and enchanted atmosphere, enriched by the wonderful view of the Ionian Sea. It is the largest villa, about 140 square meters, arranged on a single raised level with a wonderful panoramic terrace; it can accommodate up to 7 people. Access is autonomous and independent. The main entrance opens into a large central living room furnished with sofas and armchairs, a small bookcase, TV, and a dining table. On the left is a bedroom with 2 single beds and a comfortable kitchen equipped with furniture and appliances (including a dishwasher). On the right is a second bedroom with 2 beds and a bathroom with shower; there is also a third and large bedroom with double bed and the possibility to add a third one, with an inside private master bathroom with large and elegant shower. The Villa has blade ventilation, and all 3 bedrooms are equipped with hot-cold air conditioning; there is a private parking and a privileged direct access to the swimming pool.

A cleaning set is provided but, for this accommodation, bed linen/towels, cleaning and daily rearrangement are not included in the rate; however, at the time of booking, it is possible to request all extra services. A contribution is required for electricity and gas, calculated on consumption, and also a fixed rate for final cleaning.
